Welcome to a new model of integrated medical care, where patient convenience and quality care meet.
Our new medical pavilion on the south side of Indianapolis combines four practices into one convenient location. Physicians specializing in family practice, obstetrics/gynecology and pediatrics combine to deliver a patient-centered medical home that highlights access to care, whole-person orientation, and coordination of care across what may seem a complex health care system. Lab and X-ray services are also offered at the pavilion.
One-stop care for the family—This medical pavilion concept is unique to Indianapolis and will especially benefit families. No more shuttling children to the pediatrician, mom to the OB/GYN and adults to a separate physician’s office. In addition, when lab or X-ray services are needed, they are coordinated on-site. Community Physicians of Indiana will consider adding additional services to improve customer experiences as needs are identified. A patient education classroom is featured in the pavilion to allow for future educational health presentations.
